• INDIVIDUAL (60 Minutes/Session) RM200

  Individual counselling is a one-to-one collaborative process between a client and counsellor to work together in a safe and confidential environment to explore personal issues. We assist clients in addressing and overcoming issues that cause distress, such as Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Life transition (retirement, critical illness, disability), Grief, Sexuality, Self-acceptance, and etc.
• COUPLE / MARRIAGE (90 Minutes/Session) RM300

  We helps couples - married or not - understand and resolve conflicts and improve their relationship, to communicate better, negotiate differences, solve problem and even argue in a healthier way. Common issue for couples includes affairs and infidelity, unsolvable problems, sex and intimacy issues, financial problem, negative and poor communication, in-laws conflicts, parenting style and etc.
• FAMILY (90 Minutes/Session) RM300

  Families go through lots of changes throughout our lives and, because of this, it’s normal to have problems with your family life from time to time. In Family counselling, we bring together members of a family to work through situation or relationship issues. Concerns may include changes in family relationships, divorce, conflict, lost of family member, health issues, addiction or other.
  
• 1-TO-1 PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION (60 Minutes/Session) RM200

  Different from counselling, psychological consultation is an short-term intervention for those who “clearly know what bothered you” and “is ready to make changes, but don't know how”.
  - Short-term: One or two, quick consultation on a single topic.
  - Solution-focused, problem-solving orientation, quicker advice, more instructive & directive.
