Just a late review of my stay at Bibihome after 6th month of postpartum.
Their specialty in customized herbs 🌿 helped in revitalising my body and regain the energy after discharged from Bibihome.
Lactation consultant Ms Ivy was approachable and kept me motivated to start the breastfeeding journey especially in latching ! Now I’m enjoying the special bonding moments with my little one during latching.
Besides, their dedication and care is not only to the mothers and also to the most crucial VIP, our babies!
They really took a good care of infant and allowed mothers to rest before start the few series of infant care lessons.
A special appreciation to the night team nurses that not in the photo: Ms Izzati, Ms Angel, Ms Sashi, and special credit to Ms Malar that always attentive and patient to my cranky girl ! We feel loved and safe during the stay !

这是我的第三个宝宝，也是第一次尝试马来西亚的月子中心，这一个月给我的感受真的非常不错。在开始时，我还不太能接受宝宝不在我身边，而在Nursery一同被照顾，但入住近来后，慢慢感觉这种方式对于妈妈来说，很舒服。宝宝不在身边，可以有很充足的时间休息放松。
Bibi Home的护工们都很棒👍🏻，很负责也很有爱心，每次送宝宝给你时，都会跟你说一说宝宝的情况，也会安慰妈妈，让我焦虑的心情也放松下来了。
这里的吃食真的要大大的点赞哦，28天每天都不同，包括下午茶和夜宵，都是厨房自己烘焙出来的蛋糕和糕点。让我这种爱吃甜食人很开心。
环境也很好，房间都比较宽敞，入住近来心情真的会慢慢放松下来。如果妈妈有什么问题和情况，Bibi home的所有人都会帮助你解决，会关心你，有在家被照顾的感觉。
这一个月非常开心，马上离开时，会非常的不舍🥹，希望每个入住BibiHome的妈妈都能健康喜乐哦🥰

I am a first time mom and i was struggling with breastfeeding initially. Bibi home was the closest to my house and they had a lactation consultant, Ms Ivy Chong, whom made a home visit during my 6 weeks postpartum. Her advice and knowledge helped me a-lot. She listened patiently to my concerns and addressed them in an understanding manner. After her visit, i managed to latch my baby. Besides that, she always replies me whenever i have concerns.
As a new mom in which everything is foreign to me, she managed to familiarise me with it with appropriate explanations and techniques.
Now that i am going back to work soon, i again seeked her for advice on pumping and she helped me tremendously. Gave me useful tips. This time, it was an opportunity for me to visit Bibi home and i regret not knowing this place before my delivery. If i have a second baby, i would definitely come here. Quiet, calm and homely environment.

I'm lucky to stay in Bibihome, and I'm glad that I made this decision for myself and my baby.

From day one, I was impressed by how experienced and attentive the staff were. They took excellent care of both the newborns and the mothers. Being a small-scale center, the person in charge gets to focus on each mum. This personal touch made all the difference for me as a first-time mother.

The nurses provide detailed, hands-on guidance, especially in the area of breastfeeding, which is most valuable to me. Under their supervision, I not only learned how to breastfeed but also learned different positions, how to manage engorgement, and how to build confidence in nursing. Thanks to their support, I successfully transitioned into full breastfeeding. I’m proud of this achievement, especially knowing how many new mums struggle due to lack of experience and support. Bibihome made that possible for me.

The center goes beyond to accommodate each mum’s needs. They are not calculative or rigid (I dont feel as commercialised), it really feels like a home, just as the name suggests. Small, thoughtful touches like preparing a beautiful tea set for mummies celebrating their birthdays (and even for their visitors!), its so warm.

Physically, I felt replenished and well-rested after my confinement. The food was sooooooooo good (veggie with wok hey, can you imagine?). One of the highlights was the daily personalised herbal soup, prepared based on weekly check-ins by a TCM practitioner who tailored the herbs to support my body’s recovery. I feel that I look fresher now than before I got pregnant (save for weight gained)!

Also, special mention to the amazing chef, not just traditional Chinese dishes, his burnt cheesecake is awesome! I’m still craving for it and I haven’t found anything like this elsewhere.

I would strongly recommend Bibihome. Why not spend a little more and get the best? The experience, care, and recovery I received at Bibihome was more than worth every cent.

1. Comprehensive Health & Nursing Care
I am so thankful for the daily health assessments and professional nursing care provided to both my baby and me, day and night. Their dedication and attentive care allowed me to rest and recover well, knowing my baby was in the best hands.
2. Customized Herbal Tonic & TCM Consultation
I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized 1-to-1 Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation I received the day after I checked in. Their customized herbal tonic was tailored to my condition and played a huge role in my recovery. Honestly, I feel even better now than before I got pregnant!
3. Breastfeeding Support – A Lifesaver for First-Time Mums
This is something I must highlight, especially for all first-time mothers: never underestimate the importance of proper breastfeeding guidance. I struggled with engorgement several times, and the pain was truly unbearable—one of the most painful experiences of my life. I’m deeply grateful to Ms. Stella and Ms. Ivy for their unwavering support, guidance, and hands-on assistance during those tough moments.

Thank you, Bibi Home, for making my confinement journey smooth, healing, and memorable. I’ll always be grateful for the care and love shown to both me and my baby.

Our experience at bibihome has been 5 stars! The nurses are particularly caring not just towards our baby, but also mummy too. They made sure your breast milk equipments are well sorted, washed, labeled and sanitized. Nurse Stella and Ivy were also very generous and professional in helping me to trigger my milk supply. The atmosphere at bibihome has always been positive which is an important factor for good milk supply. 5 meals were served promptly by the local staff and they were very kind to change my bed linen and confinement clothes everyday too. Thank you for a homey feeling you’ve provided during my stay!

Came across Google during my pregnancy and decided to take the room once visited as I and my husband loved the feeling like home’s environment which makes us feel comfortable.

During our stay in BIBIHOME, it was really great as we got all the supports that we need as a first time parents. From breastfeeding to how to take care of baby, and many life skill that we need to know as parents. Also, we do have Chinese tcm which will follow up on our conditions during the periods.

Not to forgot the most importantly is the nurses. They really gave in full and knowledgeable supports that we need. Experienced and lovely nurses are really important.

Food, cleanliness, environment vibes are on point if you prefer home style confinement center.
