  Individual counselling/ psychotherapy is a one-to-one collaborative process between a client and therapist to work together in a safe and confidential environment to explore personal issues.
• Couple Counselling/Psychotherapy

  Couple counselling/psychotherapy is a collaborative process between couple and therapist to work together in a safe and confidential environment that aims to explore issues within an intimate relationship.
• Family Counselling/Psychotherapy

  Family counselling/ psychotherapy is a collaborative process between a family and therapist to work together in a safe and confidential environment to explore and express difficult emotions and thoughts. It aims to help families to understand and empathize with each other, as well as nurture useful changes in interactions.
• Group Counselling/Psychotherapy

  As its' name suggests, group therapy involves a group of people working with the counsellor or therapists. As it is often Group counselling/ psychotherapy aims to offer network and support system for a group of individuals that share similar concern.
• Psychological Assessment

  Psychological assessments are tests that are administered to help assess clients' functioning in various areas. Psychological assessments are also used to obtain information pertinent to diagnoses of mental health conditions. These tests may be used to assess the following areas:
  
  - Cognitive / Intellectual Functioning
  - Personality
  - Depression, Anxiety, other symptoms
  - Coping and Adjustment
• Psychoeducation

  In line with our mission, we conduct workshops and events with the aim to provide psychoeducation to the community to create awareness towards mental health issues, as well as to promote personal psychological wellbeing.
• Children & Adolescents

  We also help children and adolescents (and coaching their parents/caregivers) with:
  - Assessment and Diagnosis
  - Therapies and Intervention
