I had an excellent confinement stay at CYC Postnatal Sanctuary. The nurses were professional, attentive, and provided great care for both my baby and me, which made the entire experience very reassuring🙏🏻💓

The meals served were nutritious, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared to support postnatal recovery. Dr. Chong also conducted regular visits—monitoring the baby twice a week and the mother once a week—which gave us added confidence and peace of mind🧘🏻‍♀️

Choosing CYC Postnatal Sanctuary was truly a wise decision. They also provide in-house phototherapy for jaundice babies, which is very convenient as parents do not need to bring their newborns back and forth to the hospital.

Overall, it was a comfortable, supportive, and positive confinement experience. I would highly recommend CYC Postnatal Sanctuary to new parents👍🏻💯

Perfect place for confinement. We did our confinement here for our third baby. Staying at G01, the only room at ground floor. Surprisingly the sound proof of the room is really good. We really enjoyed our time and I have a good rest there. The doctor and nurses are very helpful and supportive. My baby has prolonged jaundice and they closely monitor and also came out with feeding plan to reduce the jaundice. Food is fantastic and kept me very full throughout my confinement period. Masseur is also very good. I really missed my time there.

Just finished my confinement here and I couldn’t be more thankful! The Doctor, nurses and staff treated me and my baby with so much love and care. Every little detail — from the meals to the daily support — made me feel safe, rested, and well cared for. Truly grateful for such an amazing experience and for helping me recover so well after delivery. 🌼💗

CYC Postnatal has a great environment that made my recovery so much more comfortable. The nurse-to-mom ratio is 1:2, so the care is very attentive and I always felt well looked after. Having the doctor visit twice a week also gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The team is supportive, the surroundings are clean and cozy, and I felt truly cared for throughout my stay. It’s a wonderful place for both rest and recovery, and I’m grateful for the experience.

Nursery & Doctor: As a first time mom, Nursery care is important than anything, I’m glad that Nursery team did a professional job on taking care baby (so that I could take a good rest in room). Nevertheless there’s pediatrician doctor for baby / and workshop for mommy to - boost our confidence and knowledge as a first time mom. There’s also nurse to check on mommy as well.
Food: Chef team really take good care for our dietary needs. Ticking on the menu was a fun thing for an all-time-foodies!
Environment: Constantly sanitize every corner and room cleaning service provided daily. Baby and mommy were in safe hand.

I’m truly missed the days in CYC and gratefully appreciate the services provided to baby and I. Thanks CYC :) I’ll be back IF there’s another one haha

I cant believe it!
I had such a pleasant experience visiting CYC for sign-up last week. From the moment I stepped in, the environment felt calm, clean, and welcoming which is exactly the kind of atmosphere a new mother would want during recovery.

I didnt get to talk to the nurses team but they are always smiling and nod/greet even to a customer like me! 🥰🥰 I noticed the way they talk to other mummies, they are very careful and professional especially explaining the baby’s well being, especially the nurses are gentle handling the babies that’s pretty much the winning point for me 😂😂

All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient in explaining the facilities and services. I felt reassured by Ms. Carol professionalism and the way they addressed every question with care. The rooms are well-prepared, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make mothers feel at ease while bonding with their babies.

I left feeling confident and excited about choosing CYC for my confinement. Can’t wait for the next few months.. It truly feels like a safe and supportive place for both mummy and baby. Highly recommended! 🌷✨

Professional service provided by nurses with daily health checks for both mummy and baby, with the peadiatrician visiting twice a week.

Room is comfortable, equipped with TV box, safe deposit box and air purifier.

The team has been providing extra services such as baby photography and educational talks on how to care for a baby.

This confinement centre also provides phototherapy treatment for babies with jaundice, which is rare to find.
