I found Serenity to be great value for money, especially with their clear, itemised pricing. That’s what made us go with the Exclusive package. The location was another big plus, it’s surrounded by shops and only 6.3km (about 11mins) from our home that makes it very convenient to go back and forth whenever we needed anything.

The Serenity Elite is the best place for confinement, especially for first-time mothers. I stayed in the Deluxe Room, which is spacious and offers good privacy due to the well-designed layout and room division.

The services provided by the staff, professional care, and amenities are top-notch. There are also activities for mothers to attend during the stay, such as talks on sleep training, lactation, and other helpful topics.

The place is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
The room is also equipped with household items fridge, micorwave. It make you feel like home. It is exactly like what i see in the bronchure.

The package items are well tailored and beneficial for postnatal care. These include lactation consultation, weekly paediatrician visits, postnatal massage, and daily herbal baths.

Overall, the stay here is wounderful and I am fully satisfied with the services and support provided during my stay. I would definitely recommend this centre to mothers who are looking for professional care and a centre located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

My stay at Serenity Elite Confinement Centre was truly wonderful. The environment was very comfortable with a huge and spacious room that made resting and recovery so much easier. The meals were delicious, nutritious and thoughtfully prepared which really helped with postpartum recovery.

The nursing care was excellent; professional, attentive and reassuring.. and all the staff were friendly and kind making us feel well cared for throughout our stay. It was a very positive and relaxing experience and I’m truly grateful for the care and support provided.

It has been a lovely journey with Serenity Elite Confinement Centre. The admin team have been helpful, nurses here are experience and eager to assists and housekeeping is tip top.

Rooms here are spacious, comfortable and have a homely feel to it with a kitchen, living room and work space.

They also provide lactation consultant, paediatric care, TMC and GP to check on mummies every week. The food here which have been prepared by the center is also nutritious and good.

Overall, my whole confinement journey have been a pleasant one. Highly recommend to any mummy looking for a confinement center.

Great experience staying here for my wife's confinement. What really sealed the deal for us Vs other centres is their ability to monitor and treat jaundice babies 🥰

This center is so clean, Confortable and perfect to stay new mammy.
My baby has jaundice during staing here, but nurse can manage jaundice level of my baby and finally jaundice level went down.
It was professional job.

The room is very spacious, exactly a fully furnished studio unit, feels like your own house. It’s well equipped with lots of storage or wardrobe space. There’s also an extra single bed, fridge, microwave and sterilizer. Nurses here also good and experienced, service is good overall.

Had a pleasant confinement & recovery at Serenity Elite. With the 24 hours nursery, I was able to rest and recover sufficiently post c-sec.

We checked in, the place is everything we want for support post delivery. With me and my husband staying in the room for deluxe package, the serenity elite team from administrative, nurses, drs and cleaners are very friendly, and the nurses take extra care in taking care of the baby♥️ we are very grateful to have decided on coming to this centre, the food has been very delicious and nutritious too. One of my favourite parts is the herbal bath provided daily too. The people here really make you feel truly supported during this time.

Excellent Facility. The unit is well equipped with a kitchen, study room, living lounge and toilet with wet and dry area. The washing machine has both wash and dry function which is very thoughtful. This confinement center has a team of excellent nurse to ease a beginner nursing mum making the journey as stress free as possible. The food portion is large, sufficient for two people to eat. Staff will usually rectified any issue raised promptly. Overall , we are extremely satisfied with out stay here.

We decided to stay here for postpartum care as we want to focus on the recovery and healing. Both of us really like the experience here. Foods are delicious and the nurse team give full support for both mommy and daddy and able to answer our concerns and teach us as this is our first time being a parents. We’re glad that we opted for 28 days package staying here as the place is cozy and spacious. This confinement centre ticks all of the boxes. We glad that we made this decisions!

This is my returning stay with the confinement centre for my second baby. I like the spacious studio room structure and food is good. Nurses taking care of baby are professional and customer service is attentive. They will try to help as much as they can. Baby jaundice level is monitored closely. Pediatrician visit and check on baby on a weekly basis.
There are also nurses who check on mummy's blood pressure on daily basis, tcm doctor and gp doctor checking for mummy on weekly basis.

Pleasant experience so far. Nurses are professional and attentive in taking care of baby. The CS team will attend to the feedbacks as soon as possible. Nice room and nice view. Nice food too, may be better if able to customize the meal accordingly for natural delivery and C-sec delivery. For my case, as doctor adviced to avoid traditional herbs for the meals, which CS and the team able to assist on coordinating with the food arrangement with the doctor prove.

I like the location and the services of attention to details from the Serenity Teams.High satisfaction of my staying experience during confinement. Tasty food and sufficient portions.

Great Confinement Center for all your needs

Currently staying in this confinement and I do enjoyed the stay here.
The room is spacious equipped with simple kitchen, washing machine with dryer, living room, dining table, big wardrobe and l work desk.
The meals are served on time and quality is good.
They do provide epsom salt and sitz bath tub for natural birth mommy too.
I did gave my feedback on the daily housekeeping service on the second day after check in and the customer service did communicate with the housekeeper and I can see improvement as well.
Worth for the price, thanks to the team.

My wife is staying here for confinement after her C-Sec. The room is spacious with a separate working space (not all confinement center provide this), food was deliciously healthy, daily housekeeping and the nurses take good care of the baby at nursery. Mommy and daddy can rest well with the support of the amazing team here. We also had to be admitted few days after we checked in and the team here took great care of our baby while we’re away in hospital - we’re so grateful for the support we received and can’t thank the team enough🙏🏻 Highly recommended for a great confinement experience👍

Serenity Elite Confinement Centre is a wonderful place for mothers to relax and recover after giving birth. They have a very kind service team and professional nurses who take great care of the babies and patiently support the mothers. They also provide healthy meals for the mothers. As a husband, I truly appreciate that they take such good care of my wife and our lovely baby, even when I am away working outstation. They also send daily reports in a personal group, which gives me peace of mind.

Everything you need when it comes to postpartum & confinement care is all here at Serenity Confinement Centre! the support you're given here is incredibly helpful and much needed. The food has been amazing too , this mommy is so well fed here in Serenity. Highly recommended.They have 24-hour CCTV here so we can monitor and watch the baby at any time.

Lovely place with great hotel-like facilities and amazing staff (Customer Service team, Nurses, physiotherapist and medical team, Housekeeping team were all great). With daily nutritious meals and herbal teas from TCM principles, this definitely provides all postpartum mothers the necessary nutrients needed for recovery.

Nurses who took care of my twins were very attentive and were there to allow me to recuperate while giving me peace of mind and advice on how to manage different mommy-related questions.

PS: Some classes are conducted in full-Mandarin, you may want to be informed on this if not keen on attending classes with minor translating happening to accommodate your comprehension on the subject matter.

Just finished wife's confinement recently at Serenity Elite. There are a few great things to share about the centre.
Location: it's a great location with walking distance to all types of convenience and amenities for the accompanying husband with great food variety and needs.

Professionalism of staff: The nursery staff are the most passionate group of nurses and care takers I have met and they are very good with what they are doing and we are very relieved to have our baby to be taken care by the team. They taught us many useful knowledge for being a first time parent.

Room: I really liked the room layout as it's very friendly towards WFH husband and felt like a great stay with all the room amenities provided. Only thing is you need to bring some of your own kitchen utensils and accessories to suit to your own lifestyle.

Confinement meal: This might be the only not so perfect side of the whole stay. The meal is fine but it's always on the same rotation so wife got bored of it after some time. The taste wasn't very flavourful as well.

Price: The price is slightly higher than traditional landed house or shop lot confinement centres but it's lower than most high end centres that provide the same type of service.

Overall: We would give 5/5 for this experience and very grateful towards all the helpful staff in caring my wife and my baby.
