Clean hospital, helpful staff and very comfortable staying as patient, thanks to all

This was my first time being admitted to Sri Kota Medical Centre. I was diagnosed with dengue fever without initially knowing that I had dengue, as I thought my symptoms were related to my GERD. I decided to come here because my trusted family doctor, Dr. Suresh Sithambaram, is now practising here.

After being admitted and receiving proper treatment and care, I am now feeling much better. My dengue has recovered, and my GERD issues are also being managed well. I am now waiting to be discharged and return home.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Sri Kota Medical Centre, especially Dr. Suresh Sithambaram, for taking such good care of me and going the extra mile to make sure I was well looked after throughout my stay.

A special thank you to the wonderful nurses on the 6th and 7th floors. Your kindness, patience and care truly made a difference during my recovery. 

Room 706B was absolutely like a little heaven during my stay — very comfortable, convenient and made my recovery much easier.

Last but not least, the main reason I chose Sri Kota Medical Centre was because of Dr. Suresh Sithambaram. He has been my family doctor since his days at BTMC Klang, and I have continued to follow him and trust his care throughout the years. Now that he has transferred to Sri Kota Medical Centre, I am happy to continue my healthcare journey with him here.
