HPCover's PA is a Personal Accident Protection for all mothers and newborn babies who enrolled confinement package or maternity package with the Confinement Centre, Pantang service or Obstetrician-Gynaecologist.
This policy covers bodily injury caused by violent, accidental, external and visible means, which injury shall solely and independently of any other cause result in death, permanent disablement, and medical and surgical treatment.
For Confinement Centre, Pantang service providers or Obstetrician-Gynaecologist, the business must be a registered company under Malaysia Law. Please register HERE and we will get in touch with you within 3 working days.
Yes. Alternative Medical Physician means a legally licensed traditional medical practitioner (including a Chinese acupuncturist or bonesetter) or chiropractor or osteopath or physiotherapist duly licensed and/or (as required under the laws of the geographical area of the country in which such practice is maintained) and practicing within the scope of their license, registration and training in the geographical area.
