Went to Dr. Lim’s clinic last June and had a very good experience. Registration was smooth, and the staff kindly gave us a heads-up about the waiting time, as there were 4 patients ahead of us.

Dr. Lim was very attentive and thorough when checking our baby, and he did not rush the consultation. He gave us a referral letter for the hospital and prescribed some medication.

Although our baby was later admitted for observation and given antibiotics from the hospital, she did not improve much. After trying the medicine prescribed by Dr. Lim, she got much better within a few days 
Highly recommended, and we will definitely visit Dr. Lim again!

P/S: Don’t rely solely on Google operating hours for any clinic, as they may not always be accurate. Do call or WhatsApp the clinic to confirm before visiting to avoid wasting your time, money, and fuel 

My two sons have been under Dr Lim’s care for the past 7 years. He is an extremely patient and thorough doctor who takes the time to carefully examine his patients and provides details explanations to parents.
Given the level of care he provides, it is not surprising that the clinic is often busy and waiting times can be long. I am glad that the clinic now uses QueueIn, which allows parents to track their position in queue and view the estimated waiting time. This allows us to and better use of our time, whether by waiting nearby or returning home until our turn approaches.
Every parent wants the best healthcare for their children, and quality care often requires time and attention. In my opinion, Dr Lim’s dedication to his patients makes the wait worthwhile.

For the past two years, Dr. Lim has been our daughter's paediatrician, and we couldn't be more grateful. He is calm, patient, responsible, and genuinely cares about every child he sees. He never rushes through consultations, always taking the time to listen to our concerns, examine our daughter thoroughly, and explain everything clearly.

I'd also like to mention the waiting time, as it's something that's often brought up in reviews. Yes, the queue can be long, but after being his patient for more than two years, I genuinely believe it's because he gives every child the time, care, and attention they deserve. As parents, that's exactly the kind of doctor we hope for when it's our own child's turn.

The clinic follows a fair first-come, first-served system, and I truly appreciate that. I understand why some parents ask about phone appointments or hope to be seen sooner, but I believe treating everyone equally is the fairest approach. Every parent who walks through those doors is worried about their child, and every child deserves the same level of care and attention.

Interestingly, many of us accept waiting at hospital specialist clinics or emergency departments without much complaint because we understand that patients are seen based on priority or arrival. I think the same understanding should be extended to a paediatric clinic where consultations simply cannot be rushed. Children often need more time, and good doctors take the time to assess them properly rather than hurrying from one patient to the next.

To us, quality care is always worth the wait. Thank you, Dr. Lim, and the entire clinic team, for your dedication, kindness, and hard work. Wishing all of you continued success and many more years of providing such excellent care.
