为准妈妈准爸爸而设的产前预备班，从科学分娩知识、孕期照护、温柔分娩技巧等多个维度，在身心灵上为“生孩子这件事”做好准备，从而达到自然、温柔、安全、喜悦的分娩。

The Breastfeed Solution provide professional lactation and breastfeeding consultation and therapy to save and help mothers away from breastfeeding problems such as experiencing pain due to inappropriate latching. Breastfeeding is the first step to raising healthy babies.

Beyond Physio offers Pregnancy Prep Workshop which focus on physically preparing mum's body for labor and delivery. We also go through pregnancy exercises (included the use of a birth ball) for pain and ache as well as alternative laboring positions for mums with various discomfort. Workshop available in the format of online or in-person, group or 1-to-1.
