SCAMMER.
Bella , sent on 16/05/2022Booked a service with them end of Nov 2021; for a confinement in London. I transferred 50% fee as deposit as requested on December 1st 2021 amounting close to MYR5000; for a confinement expected in early April 2022. This gave them > 4 months to prepare a CL for me. Not sure what went wrong; perhaps the pandemic caused them to lose money, but there were delays in even processing me the CL but they decided to keep me in the dark, very bad communication, not informing me earlier about it, perhaps scared of having to refund me and perhaps needing to use / have used the deposit for other things; and only started processing the CL end of February / March 2022 after multiple messages from me and a meet up with my sister in Malaysia. Even after that, the contact person by the name of Mia / Fatin (?the same person) asked me to help her/him fill up the visa form. Imagine that. In other words, they lied about the ability to provide me a CL even when they asked me to transfer them the deposit. They continued with the lie until a week before i gave birth, still failed to provide me a CL then. I am now done with confinement with another CL company : which i am recommending here : ***** CARE - look them up if you’re still searching, BUT Ibudara services have yet to refund my deposit. They ignored my calls/ my messages, my sister’s text and calls and have yet to refund me nor promise a date for the refund.
