Had a pleasant 28 days stay at LYC Johor! First, would like to credit to CS team - who always answered all my doubts and queries. I remembered at a point of time my baby have jaundice and he is not Malaysian. I’m quite worried on the treatment, cost and location of the hospital if my baby needs to have phototherapy treatment. The CS team - wee nee and Mary did helped me to ask for the price and when I arrived LYC on my first day, Wee Nee welcomed us with her most cheerful smile and I can felt her sincerity and truthfulness. She is very kind and supportive person at which she understand how’s first time mum feel as well :) I couldn’t remember the rest of the CS name but all the staff are very nice always welcome us with great smile :) even security guard too! Next, is housekeeping team - would like to thanks them for sending food and on time cleaning our room and also prepare daily herbal bath for me! There’s one time where my leg got allergic, right after I called CS, housekeeping team are there to help us to replace new bedsheet even though the changing of bedsheet is once a week but they really change for customer when we request for it. During this confinement period they always greet us with smiley face make me feel so warm to be there! Would like to thanks kitchen crew or team for prepared 5 meals per day! All food are nicely plated and they did organised cake decoration class for mummies and daddies as well!

There’s also postnatal massage under TANAMERA, I signed up for 5 days postnatal ritual massage and service are great and the staff - Pika super friendly and pretty 💕

Lastly would like to send my appreciation or gratitude to nursery team! They are just one call away - 500!! :) really thanks them for the professionalism to teach me how to feed baby, breastfeed baby, massage, bath, burp etc! They always did daily visit for temperature checking and also asked mummy are you feeling ok today? At a point of time, I said I’m ok but my tears dropped, the nurses really chat and calm me down and give me lots of courage and support throughout this journey! With them, I can really have good rest. Whenever I feel like wanna rest I will just send baby over to nursery. 😂 whenever I need help I just called 500😂 nursery team will come over to my room to assist us. Now, when we back home, there’s no longer 500 for us to call but grateful to have them to guide us through. They do have daily jaundice monitoring, weight, feeding, pee and poo log. Credit to - Yin, Anis, Kak Suzanna and rest of the nursery team! :)

In fact after seeing some negative comments I feel abit hesitate and worried initially. After this 28 days with LYC, I’m glad that i choose LYC :) People are nice, treatment are good!

Great team to the team at LYC during my 28days confinement. I can assure my baby is in the safe hand of the nursery team when I recover and recuperate. The facilities is excellent for mom who loves to pamper themselves during the period.

The experience is fantastic and I can’t bear to leave after the confinement is over! Definitely recommended to mom who wants a worry free and enjoyable

We had a great confinement month here with my wife, so good we extended another 10 days! Their services are on point, and both my baby and wife was well taken care of. Highly recommended for all newborn parents!
