Enjoyed my 28 days confinement journey stay in LYC Puchong. Room is cozy and comfortable, it like staycation feels when i checked in the room. Housekeeping is always cleaned daily in the morning and UV light sterilised every week. I must say I look forward to meal times every day as the food is delicious and well balanced, customised to your needs and requirement. Nursery team have done very good job! Our baby is well taken care of. To know about the updated status about baby's feeding time, PU and BO time/ frequency. They make me feel at ease to pass my baby to take care so that I get to rest in the room. Customer Service are very friendly and greet when we go out and come back from baby checkup. Especially thanks to May & Sophie & Stella for the 5 star customer services to ensure mommy’s and daddy’s are comfortable and well taken care. Not forget security guard Ram is friendly and helpful too. Strong recommended!!

Best place to recuperate and rejuvenate. We stayed in March 2023. After surveying a few places we finally opted for LYC and we are glad that we did. Though located at business center, honestly it didn’t even feel like one as it’s a huge complex. It’s a convenient location with many eateries for daddy just steps away, clinic, pharmacy and aeon, making the rush for milk/baby paraphernalia less daunting. We took the Premier exclusive package and the room was very comfy for 2. Service was top notch too. I like the fact that each department has got excellent team work. The nurses that are taking care of baby are well experienced and you can trust them with your baby and have a peaceful sleep. The nursery functions in a systematic manner too. Food was excellent and of good quality, huge portion and nothing was spared on serving expensive fish and meat. It’s the only confinement center that I know of that gives you lots of options on the menu. Every staff from front door to the waitress and room service was very pleasant and friendly. Masseur was very experienced, had a relaxing body massage by Mas. Senior nurse, Mamy Shakti and Jennie was very helpful in dealing with BF and baby care, along with the entire nursery team. Informative classes were conducted so often that I was not even able to attend all. Lactation nurse, Yee Ling was very attentive and dedicated, she made the point to visit me on a weekly basis just to make sure that I’m alright. Customer Service team was very prompt and responsive and most importantly very helpful in every single way, Special Thanks to Sophie. Overall, I would like to thank the great team in LYC Puchong that made our parenthood journey very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and trust our bundle of joy felt the same way too. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Nothing to complaint, really.

As a first time mommy, LYC was a godsend. The capable nursery team were patient in teaching us about infant care, and the customer service staff put in 100% effort to resolve any complaints I had to make my stay stress-free. Lactation nurse has “amazing hands”! I had a very restful 28 days. Pricey but WORTH IT and no regrets.
